Your Tourism Community Ltd provides award winning online solutions for the tourism industry. This includes the Bookings4-u (Bookings4-u.co.uk) and the Bed Check Wales system (BedCheckWales.co.uk)

All references to Bookings4-u System refer also to the Bed Check Wales system & vice-versa.

In order to provide an effective service to our clients/members it is necessary for us to process personal data, including sensitive personal data therefore acting as a data controller under the Data Protection Act 2018 which includes the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

- In addition to the above "What are your rights?", Bookings4-u.co.uk / Bed Check Wales provide the means for every client/member to enter any Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy / Disclaimer / Access Statement information in "Business Configuration" -> "Cancel Policy" and "Business Configuration" -> "Access Statement" areas which are displayed in the booking process. Bespoke displays of more information is available on request.

We expect every member / client to have their own terms & conditions with cancellation policy / own privacy policy / own disclaimer / own access statement which will show their own usages of guest information inclusing any marketing aspects of such information.

How do you use my information?

We may use your personal information for processing your order, dealing with queries, refunds or contacting you if we may be able to help you with the order
We only use your payment details for the single order transaction.
We may also use your personal information for marketing purposesif you have consented to this option. You may unsubscribe at any time.

How do you share my information?

We do not share your information with any 3rd party companies unless it is necessary such as share your information in the following circumstances:
